Living Hope Church is a unique body formed in 2006 by a small group of believers seeking to worship Christ by advancing the Gospel in authentic ways. In the beginning, elders were appointed to lead as pastors and staff were added to manage key areas of responsibility. God showed favor and in a period of months gatherings of less than 20 people became worship experiences shared by hundreds.

Our Vision

Our vision represents what we as a church hope to do. It is why we exist. Knowing the vision is the first step to understanding Living Hope Church. Living Hope’s vision is to impact people, our city, and the world for the sake of the gospel by applying these three values to our lives:

• Gospel:
  The Gospel is ‘good news’ that through Christ, God’s kingdom has entered human history to rescue mankind and renew the world. This is the message and mission of the local church. The Gospel is both the invitation to and the means of discipleship. The Gospel is at the center of everything we do, grounded in teaching and worship.

• Community:
  The Gospel creates a new humanity, rescuing people from individualism and isolation, and bringing people together as a foreshadowing of God’s coming kingdom. Living in community is essential to following Christ.
  This is practiced at Living Hope in small groups and leadership.

• Mission:
  Because Christ was sent into the world for a mission, the Gospel calls all followers of Christ to be on mission. We believe that our calling as followers of Christ is to serve our world, thus embodying the mission and message of Jesus Christ. This mission is expressed at Living Hope through missional living, local and global missions, and church planting.
